Yes! While we have popular service bundles, we know no two businesses are alike. We’re happy to customize a plan that fits your goals, content needs, and budget. 


We provide you with branded graphics, captions, and short-form videos (reels or stories) on a monthly basis. Depending on your package, this includes strategy planning, scheduling, and performance tracking. 


Yes — we offer both “done-for-you” and “DIY support” models. You can choose to receive content files to post on your own, or let us handle scheduling and management across your platforms. 


All packages include on-site filming (locally in Utah), lighting, creative direction, and post-production editing. We shoot on a professional Sony FX3 camera + iPhone 16 Pro Max to deliver high-quality, mobile-friendly content that converts. 


Absolutely. All brand video packages come with usage rights for social, web, and ad platforms unless otherwise specified. 


We manage Facebook/Instagram (Meta), Google, and YouTube ad campaigns. If you need help choosing where to advertise, we can help you build a strategy based on your goals and audience. 


 Yes — we require a minimum ad spend of $500/month and a 3-month commitment to allow time for proper testing, optimization, and performance tracking. The first month’s service fee is due upfront to secure your campaign setup. We work closely with you to ensure your budget is aligned with realistic goals and results. 


 We use trusted, modern web platforms that allow for mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and easy-to-manage websites tailored to your business goals. Our focus is on creating sites that not only look great but convert visitors into customers—without overcomplicating the tech. 


  

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance plans as well as one-time updates for businesses needing content refreshes, design tweaks, or performance improvements. Whether you have an existing site or need something new, we’ll keep your online presence polished and up to date.


 It begins with a free discovery call. This gives us a chance to learn about your business, goals, and timeline. From there, we’ll recommend the best next step—whether that’s a tailored quote, strategy session, or full-service package. 


  All payments are processed through invoice, with options for credit card or ACH transfer. A deposit is required to reserve your project start date. 


 We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for larger projects like filming, website design, or brand development, to ensure proper planning and availability.
